1 lb. raw shrimp
 
2 cup(s) all purpose flour
 
1 Tbsp. salt
 
2 Tsp. red pepper flakes
 
1 Tsp. ground cumin
 
1 Tsp. ground coriander
 
1 Tsp. paprika
 
1 cup(s) buttermilk
 
1/2 g. vegetable oil
 
mayonnaise
 
spicy brown mustard
 
lettuce
 
tomatoes, thinly sliced

Directions
1MIX flour & spices.
2DIVIDE ⅓ of mixture into a second bowl and set aside.
3POUR buttermilk into another bowl.
4PEEL and devein shrimp. Give them a good rinse.
5SPRINKLE shrimp with salt and 1 tsp. of red pepper.
6FILL a deep fryer with oil and heat it up to 350°F.
7DREDGE 5-10 pieces of shrimp in the second bowl of flour mix.
8DROP shrimp into the bowl of buttermilk.
9DREDGE shrimp in the first bowl of flour and spices.
10DROP into the hot oil and fry for 30 seconds to 1 minute until crispy.
11PULL the shrimp out of the fry oil and rest on paper towels.
12COOK the hot dogs using preferred method.
13SPREAD buns with mayonnaise and brown mustard.
14LINE with lettuce and thin slices of tomato.
15ADD hot dogs and top with 4-5 pieces of fried shrimp.
