1HEAT oven to 350 F.
2LAY out an egg roll wrapper in a diamond shape.
3SPRINKLE on a couple of tablespoons of cheese at one end.
4PLACE the hot dog on the cheese.
5FOLD the egg roll wrapper over the hot dog.
6SECURE the edges of the egg roll wrapper with a bit of water.
7PLACE the hot dog wontons on a large oil greased baking sheet.
8BRUSH each wonton generously with olive oil.
9BAKE for approximately 12 to 15 minutes.
10COOL before serving with ketchup, mustard, and other toppings.
