Pico de Gallo
- 4 Large plum tomatoes, seeded, chopped fine4
- 1/2 White onion, chopped fine1/2
- 1/4 cup Chopped fresh cilantro1/4 cup
- 1 Small jalapeno, seeded, chopped fine1
- 1/2 Lime, juiced1/2
- 1/4 Tsp. Ground cumin1/4 Tsp.
- 1 Tsp. Kosher salt, to taste1 Tsp.
