Instructions
Wash and slice scallions.
Cook your hot dogs your favorite way. We suggest pan-fried with butter!
Carefully cradle bun in your left hand. (Or your right hand, doesn't matter to us). Gently place hot dog in the bun. Then pile on the scallions with reckless abandon.
