BBQ Sauce

1/3 cup
Ketchup
1/3 cup
1/3 cup
Brown sugar
1/3 cup
1/4 cup
Soy sauce
1/4 cup
1/4 cup
Pineapple juice
1/4 cup
1/2 Tsp.
Garlic powder
1/2 Tsp.
1 Tsp.
Rice vinegar
1 Tsp.

Directions


  1. SOAK 8 to 10 wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.

  2. COMBINE ketchup, brown sugar, soy sauce, pineapple juice, garlic powder and vinegar in a small bowl. Set aside for brushing skewers.

  3. HEAT grill to medium heat and brush grates with oil. Thread skewers with hot dog pieces, bell peppers, pineapple and red onion, alternating ingredients evenly.

  4. GRILL skewers, flipping occasionally, until fully cooked, about 8 to 10 minutes. About 5 minutes before skewers are finished, brush with BBQ sauce.

  5. SERVE with remaining BBQ sauce for dipping.
